QnAsheet allows you to simply enter your questions and answers into a Google Sheet and lets your customers ask questions using natural language.

QnAsheet uses Google’s powerful AI technology to determine the most appropriate answer. It can even continue a conversation and collect information. For example:

No, our installation creates a Google project in your Google account and updates Dialogflow for you.

Just enter questions and answers in your Google Sheet. Our aim has always been to make it easy for businesses and non technical people to use.

Yes, it won’t touch any of your existing intents or entities but creates new ones from your Google Sheet. If you want to move them to your Google Sheet for ease of maintenance, you can duplicate them in QnAsheet and delete yours manually using the Dialogflow ES Console.

Yes. You can create complex flows to ask more questions based on answers replied. It does this as it fully supports Dialogflow contexts to control the flow of a conversation.

Yes. If you are using an existing Dialogflow ES Agent and had existing fallback and welcome intents, enter them in the Google Sheet first as they will replace your existing ones when being updated.

For Tour Operators we have integrated tour availability with the Rezdy Booking Platform. For example, if someone asks “When is your next tour”, it can respond with the date/time and number of seats available for a particular tour.

We have also integrated it with  Beds24, a vacation rental channel manager.

and it will give a list of properties, dates and costs for rental.

Another benefit of our integrations over Dialogflow webhooks is that the 5 second response restriction is removed!

You can also use Dialogflow ES webhooks to customise responses but the webhook name must be setup using the Dialogflow ES Console.

Setting up webhooks typically requires knowledge of programming. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

We are still finalising pricing but aim to make it very affordable for businesses of all sizes.

QnAsheet installs a FREE Trial version of Google Dialogflow ES on your Google account.

You will not be charged for this by Google but there are limits on the number of requests (each question asked and response given is a request) you can make and a quota limit of requests per minute. For small to medium businesses, depending on how many requests you get, the free version will be all you need. You can upgrade to Google’s Dialogflow Essentials Edition if your usage grows but for most businesses this is not required. QnAsheet works with the Crisp Chat widget. It can work with all 3 versions of Crisp Chat – Basic (Free), Pro and Unlimited. If you are using another chat widget, then either consider changing to Crisp or let us know what chat widget you are currently using. If we have enough interest in that widget we’ll investigate integrating with it.

QnAsheet uses Google’s PaLM2 technology which is the latest Large Language Model (LLM) released by Google that is highly capable in advanced reasoning and multilingual.

Our Google generative AI integration also remembers the history of the conversation so the chat feels very real.

This uses our Rezdy integration capability where all you need to do is enter your Rezdy product code into a tag like this in your Google Sheet:

It also shows an example of a multiple answer for the same/similar question. These are just added into Google Sheets on different columns for the same row. Each row being a question.
