14. Applications

a. Red Bucket

When you install Red Bucket, you grant access for Red Bucket to view your ManyChat account data only. The account data comprises the page id, name, category, avatar link, username, description, pro status and timezone. Red Bucket does not have access to any subscriber data.

b. QnAsheet

When you install QnAsheet, your name and email are used to create an account within our system. They are not shared with any external organisation except in the case where we must disclose your personal information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, legal proceedings or in response to a law enforcement agency request.

The installation captures your Google account name (Google workspace domain name if used, your full name, given name & family name), your locale (e.g. English) and your email address. Your email address must have been previously verified by Google. If not, this will need to be done before installation can be completed.

You give us permission to email you about your subscription periodically (a few times a year) to let you know about any system updates or if we have something of interest to say. If you do not continue with a subscription after the free trial period, you can opt out of these emails.

The QnAsheet installation process creates a Google Project and a Google Free Trial Dialogflow ES Agent within your Google account. So that it can do this, you must grant it access to your Google account during the installation process. You must accept the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service before the installation can complete. They can be accepted at

Once the installation is complete, our system does not retain access to your Google Account. You can however re-run the installation to point your QnAsheet to an existing Dialogflow ES Agent you have previously installed or create a new one (for example using a different primary language) or select a Dialogflow ES Agent previously created by the QnAsheet installation.

Cookies must be enabled on your browser to complete the installation. Our installation only sets one cookie which is set to expire after 1 day.

The installation process gives QnAsheet access to the Google Dialogflow ES Agent created so it can query and update it from your Google Sheet.
